Karen Wyckoff
Camping and Youth Services Director
Karen has been associated with Camp Shalom and the Mandell Jewish Community Center for 25 years. Within that time she has worn many different hats, but truly believes her position as the Director of Camping & Youth Services to be
the most challenging and rewarding. "Spending my summers at camp, being able to experience the sheer enjoyment and energy displayed by both the campers and staff is an absolute pleasure
and honor. Camp has always been a part of my life, and I am committed to providing a safe and nurturing quality Jewish camping experience to the children
and families that we serve."

Gennifer Delay Pasternak
Assistant Director and JCC Children's Director
Gennifer began her involvement with Camp Shalom as a 2nd grade Tel Aviv camper. She spent many years as a camper, followed by many more years as a counselor and Unit Head. This summer will be her 4th summer working as the Assistant Director. "Camp has always been a very special place to me. I love to see new generations of children come and experience what has been such an important, influential part of my life. It is always wonderful to see the looks on campers faces as they try new things and meet new friends."

Jaine Mazer
Aquatics Director 
Jaine has been associated with Camp Shalom
and the Mandell JCC for over 19 years. Although she spends the school year indoors as our Aquatics Director, Jaine wouldn't be complete without her summers at camp. Maybe it's because she has spent every summer at a camp since she was 5 years old. Jaine's most rewarding part of her job is watching children try new things: jumping into deep water, paddling a canoe, getting up on water skis for the first time, etc. Her favorite food is chocolate and her favorite song is "The Littlest Worm."
